In support of enterprise growth, RingCentral have launched in Latin America, and expanded in Asia Pacific with new international data centres.

RingCentral global expansion Japan Brazil

RingCentral, the leading provider of enterprise collaboration and communication services, recently announced that they would be expanding their Global Connect Network in both Latin America, and Asia Pacific, to help support the needs of enterprise customers. This means that the company will be introducing new centres in Brazil and Japan, and RingCentral global office will also be supported throughout Japan, Argentina, Peru, and Brazil.

As part of the recent announcement, the company further reported the delivery of over 700 multi-national enterprises to use RingCentral Global office, which should represent a 75% increase over the latest two quarters.

The Growth of RingCentral

Thanks to this modern expansion in Latin America and Asia Pacific, RingCentral will continue with 17 centres for data across four different regions, with enterprise-grade service quality, security, compliance, and reliability. RingCentral's cloud infrastructure on a global basis also has more than 15 different peering connections with international carriers on a Tier 1 basis, as well as more than 175 ISPs. RingCentral also offers carrier-grade solutions for Global locations for higher reliability and great call quality.

Recently, RingCentral has made huge steps forward in the global expansion of their products, thanks to the launch of RingCentral Global Office. This new solution provides a powerful new service for multinational companies who want to support mobile employees and globally distributed services. Unlike on-premise solutions, RingCentral offers a simplified solution that can be deployed quickly, and rapidly, with central management, and a range of solutions including:

  • Fax
  • Collaboration
  • Video and voice conferencing
  • Minute bundles
  • Team messaging
  • Number porting
  • Emergency services
  • Worldwide extension dialling

A Global Solution for Communications

Today, the Global Office solution is available in more than 32 countries in Asia Pacific, Europe, and Northern America. What's more, the company has recently made its flagship offering available within 13 European countries, which will allow for Euro billing, in-country purchases, and more.

According to the associate vice president for RingCentral's Global Office, Ritu Mukherjee, the continued growth and expansion of RingCentral has been boosted by an ongoing multinational demand for enterprises who want to move to the cloud. Today, enterprise teams who need to manage and deploy on-premise systems are seeing more complexity and expense than they can reasonably cope with. Now, RingCentral will help to address the needs of the distributed and global workforce when it comes to cost-effective productivity.
