Recorded during the Cloud Comms Summit 2019 this interview with Curtis Peterson, SVP of Cloud Operations at RingCentral, examines their attendance at the event and summarises some of their main focuses.

Firstly Patrick asks Curtis about the importance of the service provider, or channel, market to RingCentral. Curtis explains that they have made a huge effort to customise their offering to cater for the SP market. RingCentral can offer service providers the ability to provide applications that are on the cutting edge of development in terms new features and functions.

Curtis also tells Patrick that innovation, the theme of the CCS19 event, is key. RingCentral spent over $100 million dollars on research and development in the past year so that they can offer the best solutions in their regular platform updates. That’s why RingCentral's offering to customer is only going to improve going forward, as Curtis summarises.
