Salesforce has announced the general availability of AgentExchange, its new community and marketplace for its flagship Agentforce agentic AI solution.
AgentExchange is Salesforce's iteration of its landmark AppExchange marketplace but geared around its new AgentForce series of AI agents or "digital labour platform". Among its various agents are several compelling offerings from Salesforce partners geared around empowering the employee experience, including agents from Workday and DocuSign.
Alice Steinglass, EVP & GM of Platform, Integration and Automation at Salesforce, commented:
AgentExchange empowers customers to seamlessly integrate trusted AI solutions within their workflow. Now, our developer community can directly tap the expertise of our partner ecosystem to get the right industry-specific solutions so they can build and implement AI agents and be the pioneers in turning their businesses into Agentforce companies."
AgentExchange debuts with 200+ partners and hundreds of prebuilt actions, topics, and templates rigorously vetted for security and customer standards. These solutions aspire to enable organisations to rapidly deploy AI agents, enhancing productivity, efficiency, and innovation across industries.
Among the most eye-catching use cases for enhancing employee experience are Docusign's agents, who can generate agreements, route for signatures, track status, and accrue valuable insights.
Meanwhile, Workday’s AI-driven agents can optimise employee self-service workflows, automating tasks like onboarding, benefits management, and career development. These agents seek to improve efficiency by reducing HR workloads while enhancing the overall employee experience.
Box’s integration with Agentforce allows AI agents to extract insights from unstructured data and take action based on that information. Using natural language processing, these agents are pitched as being able to interact seamlessly with Box content, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
