UC Today were media partners for UC EXPO 2019, the UK's biggest communication and customer experience focused events, to bring you interviews with all the industry's biggest names.
Presenter Patrick is joined by Jeff May, Regional Sales Director at Konftel.
The brand new Konftel 800 device which was on show at Enterprise Connect 2019 was unveiled in Europe at this year's UC EXPO. Patrick talks to Jeff about the idea behind the new conference tool and the importance that devices still have in the industry with the ever growing popularity of collaboration.
Jeff then takes Patrick through some of the devices most innovative features. The hybrid conference phone, with SIP, USB and Bluetooth connectivity, addresses the needs arising from the rapid migration to VoIP platforms. It also aims to provide simply connectivity for huddle rooms spaces where USB is the main mode of connection. Jeff also tells Patrick about the new mobile application that will allow users to connect and control the device with a simple and initiative user interface.
