Tollring and CommsPlus Distribution partnership

Tollring recently signed an exclusive PBX distribution partnership with CommsPlus Distribution in Australia. This new partnership aims to meet with a rising need to assess experience and productivity. The evolving need for analytics and recording solution comes, in part, from the new influx of Australians working remotely.

Resellers supporting customers with premise-based solutions from manufactures like Samsung, Panasonic, Ericsson LG, and Avaya will now be able to access the powerful iCall Suite call recording and analytics solutions via CommsPlus.

This technology will give companies the freedom to analyse and measure call performance around the whole business landscape, with support for multiple teams and individuals.

Understanding Customer and Agent Experience

Through better insights into each call and interaction, companies will be able to understand the elements impacting customer experience. This will help with identifying issues and improving productivity. As the top partner for leading communications vendors in Australia, CommsPlus will be delivering the iCall Suite marketing, sales, and technical support for it’s community.

This support will extend across the range of manufacturers that Tollring supports. Tollring will gain a valuable local market presence from this partnership, along with access to CommsPlus’ partner support program, access to the extensive industry experience solution, and a wider national footprint.

The Group General Manager for CommsPlus Distribution, Paul Bailye, said that with iCall Suite, the growing voice reseller community will easily be able to create and build recurring streams of revenue and expand their portfolios as part of the wider acceleration to cloud. This will give resellers a key differentiator in winning new business.

Quenching the Thirst For Analytics

This new partnership represents a powerful step forward for both Tollring and CommsPlus Distribution. According to Paul Bailye, the growing number of customers looking for performance metrics and analysis from phone systems and call flows will benefit significantly from the partnerships. Account managers will also be able to use analytics as a valuable component of their maintenance and service agreements for differentiation.

The Head of business strategy for Tollring in Asia Pacific, Graham Evans, also commented on the partnership. According to him, the demand for analytics is bigger now than ever. Companies are seeing a growing demand for call recording and analytics across the region. This is rapidly increasing thanks to businesses that are starting to use data to drive crucial company decisions to maximise productivity.

Analytics also has a crucial part to play in monitoring and enhancing customer experience. Tollring is thrilled to be working alongside the CommsPlus team to provide the premise-based resellers in the PBX community with the excellent support and services they need.
