Tollring Upgrades On-Premises PBX with Cloud Analytics

Tollring’s hybrid iCall Suite brings cloud call analytics and recording to Panasonic NS700, Mitel MiVoice Business and Avaya IP Office. Published on UC Today.

Tollring on-premises PBX cloud analytics

Tollring, one of the market leaders in software development and business intelligence tools, recently introduced their new hybrid iCall Suite solution. Offering a combination of call recordings and analytics on the Panasonic NS700 and Mitel MiVoice Business systems, the hybrid iCall Suite provides advanced functionality for a range of businesses. Support for Avaya IP Office is also on the horizon.

The Tollring cloud-based solution connects to a company's on-premises communication equipment, offering channel partners new ways to talk to their customers and provide immersive products for those with on-premises technology. The hybrid offering could be the perfect solution for companies that aren't ready to move to the cloud entirely.

Embracing Hybrid Solutions for the Channel

According to the Director of Sales Operations for Tollring, Simon Whatley, there's a significant number of companies still using on-premises PBX systems out there. Now, those companies will be able to access all the benefits of cloud-based recording and call analytics through the iCall Suite. The tool gives companies the insights they need to improve engagement with their customers.

For the channel, the hybrid solutions from Tollring also offer a unique opportunity. The flexibility of a hybrid offering can reduce churn, provide new opportunities for customers, and increase recurring revenue. Additionally, partners have the option to improve their chances of a sale by using recording and analytics solutions across any region, while managing tools in a single environment. Tollring also provides private cloud solutions for white labelling.

With a hybrid deployment option, businesses get exceptional technical and commercial flexibility, with the added opportunity to purchase annual, monthly, or lifetime licences.

Easy Deployment for Channel Partners

As the communication landscape continues to grow increasingly competitive, Tollring's new hybrid offering could be an excellent way for channel partners to differentiate themselves. Tony Saint, the Senior Technical Consultant at ITEC - a current Tollring reseller - commented on the new solution. According to Tony, with Tollring's hybrid offering, a simple data collector remotely deployed on a customer site helps customers to take advantage of advanced reporting and insight features. Customers with on-premises business systems can access ICS insights with an intuitive web-based interface, with no need for exhausting product deployments or callouts.

Tollring can keep its offering consistently up to date in the cloud, meaning that ITEC customers continue to benefit from the latest selection of reports and features. Tollring's hybrid solution also ensure that PBX users who often have to pay for upgrades to their system will be able to update their software without paying anything put their subscription cost. This includes getting the latest implementation of new mobile optimisation and compliance features.

Software upgrades and system management solutions are also included as part of the bundle for the life of the system, alongside unlimited storage for call recordings.
