UC firm adds cloud specialists

North West UC provider Elitetele.com has continued on its acquisition trail with the purchase of two Cloud service specialists.

The Chorley-based company has snapped up NetCentrix Limited and its subsidiary SystemHOST, both based in Carnforth.

The acquisition is the eleventh made by Elitetele.com since 2008 and marks a significant expansion of its Managed IT and Cloud services to compliment its well-established telecommunications operations.

Founded in 2002, NetCentrix specialises in creating and managing bespoke enterprise cloud services for public and private sector clients, with a particular focus on working with businesses looking to migrate storage and workforce collaboration operations to the crowd.

SystemHOST, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NetCentrix set up in 2004, specialises in wholly managed IT services for SMEs.

Matt Newing, CEO of Elitetele.com, said:

This deal cements our position at the forefront of unified communications and broadens our capabilities in cloud based technologies.

There is an ever increasing demand for fast, reliable and secure data hosting and storage solutions. We have increased our capacity to offer IT and Cloud solutions and we have exciting plans for further innovation in the market with NetCentrix and SystemHOST on board.
