SkySwitch acquisition

White label UCaaS provider SkySwitch has been snapped up by US tech solution provider BCM One.

The acquisition will expand BCM One’s comms portfolio, it said, as well as grow its channel base.

Geoff Bloss, CEO at BCM One, said: “We have made several strategic investments to grow and support BCM One’s product offerings.

“The acquisition of SkySwitch is a major step toward increasing our presence in the hosted voice market. It will bring additional products and revenue opportunities to our valued channel partners.”

BCM One added that the acquisition will help it reach a host of new channel partners including MSPs, VARs and ISVs.

The firm counts the likes of Cisco, Microsoft, AT&T and Verizon among its technology partners and specialises across a range of areas including networking, voice, cloud and IoT.

The New York-based business has made a number of acquisitions over recent years including nexVortex, SIP.US, SIPTrunk and Arena one.

SkySwitch meanwhile boasts a UCaaS platform that it white labels to MSPs and VARs.

Jayson Jones, VP of sales at SkySwitch, said: “We’re excited to join the BCM One family and add our streamlined white label UCaaS platform to the company’s robust product portfolio.

“Our white label approach is a perfect fit for BCM One’s strong channel base.”

The acquisition of SkySwitch gives BCM One a fifth US office, located in Florida. The firm claims to have 17,000 customers worldwide.
