UC Partner Summit is set to go off with a bang this April as the channel ecosystem looks to learn of the new opportunities to differentiate and thrive in the current economic climate. From the 25th to 28th April, UC Partner Summit will focus on the conversations that matter to partners and service providers.

Our virtual halls will be brimming with vendor and service provider updates for channel partners to enjoy. Visitors will also get a chance to listen to some of the most pertinent channel conversations of the day in our content programme. Register here to get access.

Don’t miss out!

The keynotes will be packed full of channel insights as our event partners tackle some of the biggest trends impacting the market today. Here is a selection of a few sessions not to be missed!

X Marks the Spot – 8×8

Are you selling XCaaS (Experience Communications as a Service) yet? In this session, Chris Angus, Senior Director, Commercial Sales – EMEA, 8×8, talks about the emerging business need for an integrated approach to EX (Employee Experience) and CX (Customer Experience) on a single platform. Hybrid Work has fragmented the technology of businesses as they grapple with multiple apps and services to communicate internally and externally. By bringing these two business needs together and simultaneously transitioning customers onto cloud infrastructure, the channel has an opportunity to bring highly specialised sector experience to the table to help businesses drive their communications strategy forwards.

The Key to Partner Differentiation (and value!) – Enreach

In this keynote, Bertrand Pourcelot, MD, Enreach for Service Providers, will discuss some of the challenges partners currently face around owning their customer contracts. Pourcelot will explore the strategies partners can deploy to help them combat SaaS vendors selling direct, create unique propositions in UC around mobile and ultimately retain the value in their customer base.

More details on the Keynotes are coming soon:

  • Zoom
  • Audiocodes
  • Alianza

Panel Sessions – Join the discussion!

Selling UCaaS into the Digital Workplace

The Digital Workplace is top of mind for business leaders worldwide, but what does this mean for the partners and service providers trying to support these deployments? In this session, our panel (consisting of Alianza, NFON and Zoom) will discuss the role of UCaaS in the Digital Workplace and how the channel must adapt to this new working trend to remain relevant.

Digesting Microsoft’s New Commerce Experience

Any Microsoft Partner will tell you that navigating Microsoft’s New Commerce Experience changes is a test of patience and adaptability. For partners used to realising value at the point of transaction, this is not easy. In this session, we aim to digest some of the recent changes to the NCE program, how they have impacted the Microsoft ecosystem, and what partners can expect for the next 12 months as Microsoft looks to reward partners for the adoption of technology rather than the transaction itself. As we move into an era of ‘co-selling’, Scott Riley, Founder of Cloud Nexus, will discuss the impact on the channel with Michael Frisby, MD of Vuzion and Sarah Lambert-Gibbs, Supply Chain Services Lead, Digital Space.

Riding the Teams, Zoom and Webex Wave

The numbers speak for themselves; big tech brands are leading the charge with their formidable UC offerings of late. In this session, we discuss the partner threats and opportunities in today’s landscape, plus how to build customer value by working alongside vendors like Microsoft, Zoom and Cisco. UC Today Publisher Rob Scott will talk to Andy Macdonald, Country Manager UK&I, AudioCodes and Scott Rixon, Technical Account Director, Evolve IP, in this exciting discussion!

Other featured sessions include:

  • A Global Vision for Channel – Jay McBain, Principal Analyst, Forrester
  • The Future of Voice – Dominic Black, Director of Research, Cavell Group
  • Sell to Win in 2022 – Marcus Cauchi, Director, Laughs Last

We will be releasing more details on speakers and sessions in the coming days and weeks so make sure you check the website for updates!
