Anywhere365 has launched a native attendant console for Microsoft Teams.
The Rotterdam-based firm said the console will give operators “a range of modern and intelligent reception features to enable spotless calls throughout the business”.

Geurts said that the console is built on technology that was brought into the business through the acquisition of PeterConnects last year.
The CEO recently told UC Today how Anywhere365 is taking Teams into the contact centre.
