CallTower has upgraded its Cisco Webex Calling solution with new MMS and SMS capabilities.

The new solution, named CT Text with MMS and SMS texting capabilities in Cisco Webex, allows users to send text communication directly from within the Webex Calling platform, boosting collaboration proficiency. CallTower’s Cisco Webex solution, paired with CT Text, offers MMS and SMS functionalities translated into over 60 languages, facilitating seamless communication and conversation tracking within the Webex client.

With CT Text, users can leverage their voice number for texting, maximising reach and impact across Webex by Cisco. This integration supports individual and group texting, as well as text translation capabilities, enhancing global communication strategies.

William Rubio, Chief Revenue Officer at CallTower, commented:

We are thrilled to have launched this addition to CallTower’s Webex solution. With both MMS and SMS CT Text integrations available in over 60 languages, users can communicate via one central platform instead of sending texts from a cell phone or a third-party application. The result of this integration translates into improved communications with customers, supplemented with the increased security associated with a safe and secure single interaction platform.”

As a Cisco Partner since 2002, CallTower affirms that it has undergone thorough certification to ensure seamless compatibility with Webex solutions. Recently achieving the prestigious Cisco Powered Premiere Provider Worldwide designation, CallTower insists it guarantees excellent services aligned with Cisco’s standards.

Customers also benefit from CallTower’s support across various Webex deployments, from basic calling setups to enterprise-scale solutions, migrations to dedicated instances, and high-volume contact centre deployments, ensuring consistent reliability and quality.
