Dubber has announced that AT&T has deployed state-of-the-art call recording and voice intelligence solutions. The offerings come through the AT&T network using the AT&T toll-free system, AT&T HVS (Hosted Voice Service) and Cisco Webex Calling through AT&T.

The partnership between Dubber and AT&T business will deliver the full functionality of Dubber Unified Voice AI and Call Recording to clients on the Toll-Free AT&T IP system. Currently, AT&T services over 3 million businesses worldwide, including various Fortune 500 members. The Toll-Free system as a SIP trunking service providing inbound toll-free calling to business customer locations throughout the AT&T network.

An Exciting Partnership for UC

As a straightforward and convenient feature solution, the Dubber Voice AI and unified Call Recording offering is suitable for existing toll-free services. Customers will be able to connect voice data easily, including conversational content, sentiment analysis, and meta-data to support bigger data sets, applications like Salesforce, and more.
