Focus Group has acquired STL Communications Limited as the company continues to expand.
As STL is based in Witney, Oxfordshire, the partnership provides Focus Group with a strategic foothold to service the M4 corridor and the UK Midlands.
The acquisition further delivers on Focus Group’s strategy to provide full coverage to over 25,000 customers across the UK.

The acquisition will see STL Chairman and Founder Brendon Cross continue to consult for the business as the company continues to operate under its brand name for the foreseeable future.

STL Communications is an IT and telecoms provider founded over 25 years ago.
The organisation delivers business IT services, connectivity and communications to keep companies connected.
Focus Group was established in 2003, and it provides an extensive range of technology solutions that cover telecoms, IT, cyber security, connectivity, mobile and energy to over 25,000 UK businesses.
Last year, the company acquired Scottish comms provider GB Technologies and UC and cloud services provider swcomms.
