RingCentralβs new integrated managed service has been hailed as marking a βnew phaseβ in the evolution of the UCaaS industry by analysts.
RingCentral Rise is an integrated end-to-end managed service that partners worldwide can offer their customers. It leverages RingCentralβs Resources, Innovation, System Integration, and Experiences (Rise) to enable service providers to offer their own unified cloud comms solutions, including team messaging, video meetings, cloud phone system, and contact centre solutions.
Rise is built on the RingCentral cloud, integrating with the partnerβs technology, and providing co-branded applications that are continuously updated. In addition to this, the vendor is offering a full go-to-market programme built for partners, including a service provider portal, a channel harmony programme, and a dedicated support team.
Service providers that are already deploying RingCentral Rise include AT&T Business, ecotel, MCM, and TELUS.
