Global provider of cloud communications services and NTT brand, Arkadin, recently announced that it was continuing the global rollout of the Cisco Webex Calling offering, with a new launch in the Asia Pacific region. This expanded rollout will provide even more customers with a worldwide PSTN telephony strategy via the Cisco Broadband PBX technology through the Webex brand.

Following a successful launch of the service in the US, Canada, and EMEA this year, Arkadin launched Cisco Webex Calling first in New Zealand and Australia in mid-September. Now, the launch will continue across other parts of the Asia Pacific market. Arkadin hopes that the solution will deliver a one-stop-shop option for complete enterprise collaboration and communication tools in the region.

Introducing Cisco Webex Calling to APAC

The Cisco Webex Calling offering is a communications solutions based on the cloud, which is packed with all the enterprise-grade features of a PBX and combined with Webex Devices and Teams features. After adding Webex Meetings into the Mix, Arkadin has created a full business-ready solution for the Cisco Webex branded portfolio of products, which is fully managed and delivered by Arkadin. Webex Calling also helps customers to take advantage of a completely bespoke communication service.

As a Cisco Webex Calling provider, Arkadin will be providing global PSTN telephony via Broadcloud, which comes with full PBX features and enterprise calling to help businesses make their transformations to a smarter workplace environment. With all the voice services running on the NTT global voice network, Arkadin can support both large and mid-sized enterprises with calling that offers low latency, scalability, and security, with a single-license plan.

Arkadin’s Webex Calling option works natively in the Webex portfolio, which is optimised to offer a fully unified service on mobile or desktop. Webex Calling also makes it easier for customers to move to the cloud at a pace that suits them. With access to enterprise-grade PBX features and premium collaboration in a single package, the solution gives users a smooth transition to the cloud.
