Windsor Telecom has made two acquisitions to expand its customer base and product portfolio.

Bristol-based Redstar Telecom and Stockton-based Reefstream both specialise in services around mobile, voice and connectivity.

Pete Tomlinson, CEO at Windsor Telecom said: “We’re really excited to welcome both Redstar and Reefstream to the business.

“They’re both companies that share our commitment to ensuring customers have the exceptional experience so often lacking in our industry. Windsor continues to grow and expand our portfolio of communications, connectivity and IT services solutions that are easy and enjoyable for businesses of all sizes to use”

“We look forward to working with the Redstar and Reefstream teams as we introduce an expanded group of passionate people that are here to support the smooth running of their businesses as we all move to new ways of working.”

Windsor Telecom said that the bosses of Redstar and Reefstream will remain in their positions to ensure continuity of service for customers.

Graham Wignall, CEO at Redstar, said: “It’s fantastic to see Windsor and Redstar joining together to expand the level of service, expertise and range of products we can provide to our customers.

“As Redstar’s founder, I wanted to ensure that we found the right company brand, culture and service ethos for both our customers and colleagues, Windsor Telecom is a great fit to all three.”

Jeff Highfield, Managing Director at Reefstream, “With our customers being at the heart of our business for the past 12 years I’m delighted to see Reefstream become part of Windsor, a company that clearly shares the same values and commitment to customer service as we do.”
