Vodafone Germany and RingCentral are launching 'Vodafone Business UC with RingCentral' as a joint venture which improves communications and employee experience.
The solution combines RingCentral Message Video Phone (MVP) with Vodafone's 5G and mobility capabilities.
Vodafone Business UC with RingCentral was first introduced in February 2022, following a partnership agreement in December 2020. Germany joins a growing list of countries where the solution is on offer, including Italy, Portugal, Spain, Hong Kong, Singapore, and others.
Martin Grabowski, Director of Marketing & Products Business at Vodafone Germany, said: "Especially in today's hybrid world, collaboration between employees across different locations is a real advantage.
Together with RingCentral, we are now pleased to offer a unified communications solution that fills a real need in the modern business world.

According to the press release, the solution provides companies with greater choice, simplicity, and flexibility for employees to communicate and collaborate together, whether they are in or out of the office.
In order to support the increasing demand in Germany for cloud communications platforms with video meetings, team messaging, and a cloud phone system. The joint Vodafone-RingCentral solution is able to meet these requirements, which it says enables employees to work productively regardless of their setting.
Vodafone Business UC with RingCentral enables businesses to migrate their current setup to the cloud. From a communication and collaboration perspective, the solution includes features such as HD video, call recording, and more.
End-users will be able to utilise features including Live Transcription, Whiteboards, AI-based Advanced Meeting Insights, and end-to-end encryption.
All features can be used separately or integrated into business applications, such as Microsoft 365, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Helpdesk services.
