Voiceflex Offers Better SIP Trunk Flexibility

The SIP Trunking market has been growing in previous years, with around 2.3 million trunks sold across the world. Voiceflex recently began offering more versatile SIP products.

Voiceflex SIP trunk flexibility

The SIP Trunking market has certainly evolved in recent years. In fact, around 2.3 million SIP Trunks have already been sold, and that number's still growing every day. On top of that, there are about 2 million ISDN channels ready to be changed out for hosted applications or SIP Trunks in the communications environment. According to the evaluation of the analyst firm known as the "Cavell Group", the chances are that 20% of the available market will be sold over the next 2-3 years with the rest gradually diminishing up until 2023. During 2023, it's expected that there will be a huge SIP surge, before ISDN is eventually turned off in 2025.

The Emerging Product Bundle Trend

Over the last two years or so, there's been an obvious trend in companies offering product bundles for those considering SIP options. To stay with the flow, Voiceflex carried out their due diligence, and explored the opportunity of offering new bundled products to their various channel partners. After a bit of work and development, they now feel that they have the perfect blend of terms, price, and applications to offer their customers.

While some carriers in the market today have decided to restrict themselves to a bundle-only option, Voiceflex decided that they didn't want to limit themselves, and instead are offering a combination of standard SIP Trunks and Bundled SIP trunks. The company's due diligence lead them to say that offering only bundled packages would mean that customers would have to seek out other alternative products if they felt that the call spend was either too high or too low.

According to Voiceflex, having single, or bundled options available seems to be the key to offering the channel partners the versatility that they need, as sales have increased for the company since the option launched on the 1st of February this year.
