A developer of innovative carrier-class UCaaS solutions, ioTRAN, will use the Talking Platforms North America network footprint to implement its cloud-based UCaaS solutions.
Meanwhile, the service provider of award-winning white-label telephony, Talking Platforms, will now have its offerings powered by the ioTRAN UCaaS solution, ioPLATFORM.

The merger allows ioTRAN and Talking Platforms to align their service offerings and take advantage of opportunities with a consolidated structure.
For ioTRAN, utilising Talking Platforms’ network assets lets them provide its ioSaaS offerings from multiple data centres, which will localise its services for its clients and end users.
As its operational structure moves under the ioTRAN brand through a transitional period, Talking Platforms will continue to operate under its existing trade name, and it will keep serving the white-label telephony market.
The ioPLATFORM
ioTRAN’s flagship product is its ioPLATFORM, which is now a class 5 Softswitch and unified communications platform designed for next-generation networks.
The ioPLATFORM can support class 5 retail, UCaaS, fax, wholesale SIP trunking, and private label markets using its advanced multi-level partitioned structure. As a result, operators can provide direct retail services and private labels to wholesale resellers simultaneously on the same platform.
At the core of the ioPLATFORM is an all-in-one solution that integrates billing, accounting, payment gateway, and taxation via a centrally managed web portal.
