Wildix has unveiled its new AI-powered UC and collaboration platform, WMS 7, to elevate enterprise communications.
Announced during Wildix's annual UC&C Summit 2025, the next-generation WMS 7 solution is designed to tackle the challenges of fragmented systems and escalating security threats. It incorporates real-time transcription, intelligent summarisation tools, and an advanced AI-powered chat engine to ensure seamless communication and enhance operational efficiency.

What Other Major Announcements Did Wildix Make At The Summit?
Wildix also announced that its AI-powered, Salesforce-integrated x-bees platform will receive a momentous update in the form of advanced sales intelligence.
Equipped with real-time sentiment analysis, call assistance, and detailed reporting, x-bees intends to transform the sales process by shortening cycles and improving decision-making. Its Salesforce integration allows partners and customers to implement customised solutions that address specific needs.
Updates to Wildix's x-hoppers solution now include AI-driven theft detection, line management, and safety alerts. Wildix illustrates these enhancements have proven effective in reducing theft, as demonstrated by House of Spells in London, where weekly theft incidents dropped from 4 to just 1-1.5 on average. Additionally, Wildix says these innovations have greatly improved customer experiences and streamlined operational coordination.
Also at the Summit, Wildix unveiled specialised DECT models designed to meet the specific needs of growing UC&C sectors such as healthcare and manufacturing.
