Workplace from Facebook Launches New Partner Programme

Workplace from Facebook’s One Partner Programme could open new revenue streams for resellers and tech partners. Published on UC Today, it backs Workplace growth

Workplace from Facebook partner programme launch

Workplace from Facebook partners can expect new revenue streams from its new One Partner Programme (OPP). The internet giant claims that OPP will help partners reach new markets, as well as creating new revenue incomes. The programme covers all types of partnerships, from resellers to technology integrations and allows partners to build, sell or provide services. Facebook claims that its business collaboration unit currently has five million paid subscribers globally, ranging from large enterprise organisations to SMBs. It has launched OPP to grow this number of subscriptions through channel partners. “With demand increasing for Workplace globally, we’re actively seeking new reseller, service and technology partners to help us turn even more companies into communities,” the company stated. “Partners are already central when it comes to meeting the needs of our customers.

"Today, over 50 per cent of Workplace deals globally include a partner in the pre or post-deployment phase. Our ambition is to see this number grow even more.”

OPP offers resellers and service partners incentives, sales enablement solutions and go-to-market support in order to scale quickly. They can also access Workplace’s training and certification programme to sell and deploy the platform. Meanwhile, technology partners will be able to use the platform’s ubiquity in customer organisations to drive visibility and relevance of their applications, integrations and bots.
