Xelion reduces Direct Routing cost in Teams

Xelion UK is cutting the cost of its Direct Routing solution for Microsoft Teams by 60 per cent.

The hosted telephony provider is upgrading its integration with Teams and its new integration Direct Routing solution is at a 60 per cent reduced cost compared to its previous iteration, based on a 12-month term. The new integration solution also negates the need for MS Team user licence extensions.

Xelion’s integration removes the complexities for the Teams client and offers them the security that they retain full control over all the call recordings, call reporting, call flow, internal and external transfers.

“We pride ourselves on being swift to respond to the market and the pandemic has driven the rapid uptake of Teams,” stated Dave Reynolds, Xelion UK Managing Director .

“Consequently, we have cut the cost of integration with Xelion by 60 per cent per user licence to meet this demand. Customers see a huge benefit to using Teams within their organisations but have been quick to understand that it is no PBX replacement on its own.
