The Yonder Digital Group has more than 20 years of experience offering outsourced contact centre technology to the marketplace. Serving clients across a broad selection of industries with an omnichannel 24/7 approach, Yonder is experts in customer behaviour analysis and service ROI. The business specialises in creating meaningful brand interactions, which may be why the Armistice charity Remembered recently appointed Yonder as their leader for customer contact support in a new campaign.

As a multi-channel customer service partner, Yonder will be offering voice, IVR, email, live chat, and more to "Remembered" a new charity inspired by the "There But Not There" installation in Kent during the Remembrance period in 2016. The defining There But Not There campaign to take place this year hopes to put representative figures for as many of the fallen soldiers listed on war memorials located around the country as possible. The goal of the campaign is to support the families of the fallen, and commemorate their commitment to the country, as well as educating new generations about the history of the UK.

How Yonder Will Support the "Remembered" Charity

Yonder's part in the charitable campaign will involve providing a high-quality level of customer service and support across multiple channels, to support the evolving activities of Remembered. With years of experience delivering operational and technical expertise to charities and businesses throughout the years, Yonder is well positioned to offer the perfect blend of on-demand and dedicated resources to the non-profit group.

Yonder offers expertise in dealing with fluctuating levels of customer contact, and they'll initially be covering support for customer contact in the UK, before pushing their service out to cover the Australian, Canadian, and American campaigns on Remembered's agenda. According to the Director of Operations at Remembered, Rowley Gregg MC, the There But Not There campaign has seen incredible public support since it's launch in February, along with almost £2 million in sales.

In a press release, the CEO of Yonder Digital Group, Graham Ede commented that working with a charity like Remembered is a huge honour for the tech-focused business. They believe that the collaboration will allow them to demonstrate their expertise in the charity sector, as well as their innovations in multi-channel customer support.
