Telecoms service provider Zen Internet has made several changes to its senior leadership team as part of its five-year strategic plan to become a £200m-revenue business.
Steve Warburton, who is MD for Zen’s Partner Division will take on responsibility for Zen Retail, overseeing the growth strategy for residential and small business customers.
Also being promoted from within are Dave Barber and Paul Sinclair who move into the newly created roles of Portfolio Management Director and Marketing Director, respectively.
Barber has spent two decades with the company and moves into his new role from his most recent position as Head of Product at Zen. As Portfolio Management Director he will be responsible for portfolio strategy, product development, and be accountable for relationships with key suppliers.
Sinclair has been with Zen for three years and moves into his new role from his position as Head of Marketing. As Marketing Director he will oversee brand development, PR, data management and insight, as well as the company’s growing relationship with CityFibre.
Zen has also tapped former TalkTalk exec Dean Burdon to join the firm as its new Customer Experience Director. He will be responsible for the company’s activity across provisioning, onboarding, technical support, customer service, and customer engineering.
