9 Announces New Partnership with Ignite Business Communications

Ignite have taken advantage of 9’s ‘Think Outside The Box’ proposition, which is aimed at Partners who wants to seize the market opportunity arising from the convergence of the IT and telecommunication channels.

9 and Ignite Business Communications partnership

With headquarters in Essex and offices in central London, Ignite is an established provider of communications solutions to UK businesses.  Working with organisations of all sizes, they deliver telephone systems, connectivity, managed service solutions, cloud computing and now, mobile telephony.  By adopting a selective approach to supplier relationships, Ignite can ensure that they underpin the exceptional levels of service which they offer to their customers.

Ignite have taken advantage of 9’s ‘Think Outside The Box’ proposition, which is aimed at Partners who wants to seize the market opportunity arising from the convergence of the IT and telecommunication channels.

Explaining the new relationship, 9’s Director of Partners, Adam Cathcart, commented:

“Business customers are increasingly looking for a single supplier. As the telecom and IT channels continue to converge, the potential for product innovation and growth increases. Through access to our products and expertise, we can help service providers seize this opportunity and meet the demand from their customers.

Andy Portlock, Ignite’s Commercial Director, agreed, “We recognise that the telecom and IT sectors are crowded, creating a degree of confusion for many businesses. Customers want a single, trusted point of contact, for all their IT and telecom solutions. Adding mobile to our portfolio simply strengthens our proposition and fulfils the demand that we’ve been experiencing.”.

Portlock adds: “Working with 9 was an obvious choice. Their simplified mobile proposition, which provides attractive commercials for the customer and the sales and marketing support on offer, made the decision an easy one.”

With in excess of four hundred partners and more than 16 years’ experience in the channel, there must be few service providers better equipped than 9 to support channel partners who are keen to add telecommunications to their customer offering.
