The software-as-a-service offering provides a range of high-quality capabilities without the need for complex additional software. The UC-One application is a collaboration service offered on the BroadSoft cloud, which delivers messaging, calling, and meeting facilities for companies of all shapes and sizes. CBTS, the first service provider to adopt the UC-One SaaS solution noted that the decision to add a cloud component into their existing UC solution was an easy one for the brand to make. According to the Vice President for the business, Joe Putnick, the BroadSoft SaaS delivery will help with the implementation of better communication services for fewer investments in time and cost.
