Qunifi, one of the leading providers of UC integration solutions, recently announced a new partnership with state-of-the-art voice networking vendor, AudioCodes. The Qunifi team will be using AudioCodes to power its Call2Teams service, a cloud-based solution for cost-effective calling in Microsoft Teams.
The collaboration between AudioCodes and Qunifi will allow calling in Microsoft Teams to be delivered through existing on-premise and cloud PBX solutions. This should help enterprises around the world to give their employees a high-quality and reliable collaboration experience.
The Call2Teams service will be available via global network of cloud-based AudioCodes SBCs (Session Border Controllers) connected into Office 365's direct routing capabilities. This will deliver voice services directly to Teams' users, and link employees to existing voice infrastructures around the globe.
Introducing Qunifi Call2Teams
Powered by both AudioCodes and Qunifi, Call2Teams offers a seamless experience between any PBX and the Microsoft Teams environment. The solution also provides telephony support for compliance recording and contact centre systems, as well as other business-critical applications. Qunifi believes that this will reduce some of the complexity that businesses encounter when integrating existing voice services with their Microsoft Teams solution.
As a cloud service, the Call2Teams solution is sold on a monthly subscription per-user, which reduces the costly set-up fees generally associated with alternative Teams voice services. Additionally, the Call2Teams experiences are underpinned by the incredible SBC technology from AudioCodes, which has been officially certified by Microsoft. Call2Teams even comes with access to the Microsoft Azure global infrastructure, allowing companies to reach more than 140 territories and countries.
