Telco service provider Callroute has announced a partnership with Oak Innovation to gain recording compliance solutions for Microsoft Teams.

This new service, powered by Oak Innovation's ClarifyGo, will give Callroute customers the ability to record beyond the current PSTN offering with a fully Microsoft certified call recording service for Teams.
ClarifyGo's Compliance Capabilities
Compliance is becoming an increasing concern for users wishing to use their UC systems to make external calls.
Recording standards laid out by regulations such as FCA, GDPR, MiFID II, PCI DSS, Dodd-Frank, and HIPAA, although some are more industry-specific than others, all put strict criteria on how calls and recordings must be handled.
Compliance solutions company Oak Innovation's ClarifyGo has developed systems to make calls compliant.
