Cinos has announced the arrival of two new strategic hires. Tony King will be taking the role of Director of Healthcare, while Marc Bertasius becomes the Microsoft Practice Lead. These hires will help Cinos with delivering collaborative solutions to healthcare organisations and the NHS.
The update to the executive suite comes at a time of growth for Cinos, as the company aims to deliver consistent and reliable user experiences in multi-vendor landscapes. The growing demand for Microsoft solutions within the public sector has inspired Cinos to advocate a “better together” approach that combines Microsoft and Cisco solutions for seamless collaboration among clinicians, and with patients.
Welcoming the New Hires
Tony King, as Director of Healthcare, will be overseeing the Cinos Collaboration and IT offering. With more than 15 years of experience in the social care and health consultancy environment, Tony will be working closely with existing and new customers, offering strategic support to drive significant results. Before Cinos, Tony worked on various digital projects, including the migration strategy away from N3 to the new Health and Social Care Network.
Tony noted that he has appreciated the work Cinos has been doing for some time and the passion of the team. 2020 significantly changed the way that many social care and health providers look at technology, and the appetite for collaboration is growing. According to Tony, he’s looking forward to working with Cinos customers to assist with their digital transformation strategy.
As Microsoft Practice Lead, Marc Bertasius, will be supporting the Cinos team with a background in communication, and expertise in offering Microsoft technologies through the cloud. Marc will help with building partnerships, driving growth, and overseeing project delivery for the team.
