CloudClevr has launched in the UK to support small and medium-sized businesses as a managed services provider.
The new MSP is targeting businesses that wish to accelerate their transition to converged and cloud-based technologies.
The company has ambitions to acquire several technology organisations within the UK during 2022 and 2023 following a £50m investment from the Rigby Group.
Steve Harris, CEO of CloudClevr, commented: "We're really excited to be working with the Rigby Group again, and I'm looking forward to embarking on another exciting growth opportunity with Rob Smith alongside me as CTO.
"CloudClevr will be clearly differentiated to other MSP’s through the delivery of a highly curated set of converged managed service capabilities across both communications and IT.
"This will be combined with a unique digital platform and simple monthly contract model that will enable businesses to maximise the return on their technology investments."
According to CloudClevr, it will give businesses a unique opportunity to leverage high-quality software, hardware, and analytics as a single managed service through its digital experience portal.
CloudClevr's FlexClevr contract ensures that companies pay a single monthly charge which can mould to the customer's needs.
