Digital Wholesale Solutions (DWS) has named former Sage CEO Paul Walker and former Deloitte Senior Audit Partner Damian Sanders as independent non-executive directors.
DWS demerged from Daisy Group in January of this year, supported by a strategic partnership with private equity house Inflexion. The appointments of Walker and Sanders complete the formation of DWS’ board of directors and will be a key strategic resource in its growth strategy, the firm stated.
