Enreach has announced the launch of Shomi, an AI-powered personal assistant aimed at enhancing the communications and collaboration of its Enreach Contact solution.

“We are redefining the role of AI in business communications, making it a practical, everyday helper rather than a complex technology, all in line with our commitment to democratizing cutting-edge technology, so it benefits everyone,”

Koen van Geffen, CTO of Enreach, said.

Built on Enreach's proprietary Conversational AI technology, Shomi represents a push to deliver the company's commitment to making advanced technology accessible to businesses of all sizes.

Examining Shomi

Enreach Contact is an omnichannel solution that enables businesses to interact with their customers in a variety of ways.

With advanced features like AI-driven analytics and reporting, automation workflows, and integrations, businesses can gain greater insight into their customer service operations.

As part of the Enreach Contact unified communications solution, Shomi expands its AI offering by providing an intelligent companion that helps agents manage their workflows.

It simplifies tasks that typically take time and effort, such as managing calls and voicemails, summarizing meetings, or sharing notes.

Key capabilities of Enreach’s new AI assistant include call screening to filter spam calls, call analysis to provide summaries, smart voicemail to convert voicemails into text, and even on-site meeting capture that transcribes, summarizes, and translates meetings.

Shomi is being developed to enable custom integration options into CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, and more.

Shomi is now available for Enreach Contact users in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and Latvia.

Enreach's AI Offerings

Although representing a big step to bring AI to its products, Enreach has previously made plays to introduce the technology to its customers.

Last year, Enreach launched the DialoX marketplace to provide channel partners with conversational AI applications.

The main attractions of DialoX include an avenue for partners to bring AI features directly into end-user organizations.
