Enreach Introduces DialoX Marketplace for Conversational AI

Enreach’s DialoX marketplace cuts AI cost and complexity for SMBs, giving channel partners low-code conversational AI apps. Published on UC Today.

Enreach DialoX marketplace for conversational AI

Enreach has launched the DialoX marketplace to provide channel partners with conversational AI applications that can enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs.

The DialoX platform comprises various key components, including the AI Marketplace, bringing "cutting-edge" AI technology to small and medium-sized businesses.

The marketplace is a new addition to the existing DialoX platform, which offers unified communications and telecom services providers' partners a means of building customised AI solutions with low-code and no-code tools.

Martin Classen, Enreach’s Chief Product Officer, explains how the new marketplace can support its customers:

We see the launch of the marketplace as a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to empowering European SMBs with cutting-edge AI technology that can tangibly improve business performance and efficiency."

“Building on the user-friendly foundation of the existing DialoX platform, this ‘marketplace’ approach democratises AI by making advanced, preconfigured solutions easily accessible to both customers and the channel partners that serve them."

“We believe this will allow our customers and partners to quickly leverage AI’s potential to compete—and succeed—in a rapidly changing market.”

DialoX + AI Marketplace Key Benefits

The main attractions of DialoX and its new AI marketplace include an avenue for partners to bring AI features directly into end-user organisations. By focusing on the channel community, DialoX allows small businesses to take advantage of the latest AI innovations without costly in-house AI resources.

Partners, VARs, and MSPs can integrate AI-powered solutions into their offerings to generate additional revenue and expand their AI portfolios.

Enreach believes that the DialoX platform and AI marketplace put it in a ‘unique’ position to meet the increasing demand for conversational AI within business development, customer experience, and order fulfilment.

Finally, customers and partners can also use the DialoX platform to build the exact functionalities that they need, as well as gain pre-configured AI apps.

Oru Mohiuddin, Research Director for European Enterprise Communications and Collaboration at IDC, outlines some of the obstacles to AI adoption facing companies, which Enreach can help to circumnavigate: “We are seeing that small and mid-size businesses across Europe are increasingly interested in the benefits that AI technology provides, but are hesitant to adopt these technologies based on the perceived complexity and cost associated with them."

“Enreach’s DialoX platform is a creative, cost-effective way to satisfy this growing demand."

“By developing a marketplace that allows both businesses and channel partners to obtain AI features in a streamlined, affordable manner, Enreach is giving underserved organisations an opportunity to improve operational efficiency and accelerate their digital transformation.”

Enreach’s partners and customers have already started using the DialoX platform, with the marketplace soon to become available in the Netherlands, followed by Germany and other marketplaces shortly after."

Last month, Bertrand Pourcelot, CEO of Enreach for Service Providers, spoke about its flexible offering for MSPs, allowing them to create their own UCaaS platform with the specific Enreach applications they would like to add.
