Enreach UK Unveils Managed IT and Security Services for Enterprises

Enreach UK adds managed IT Security and Remote IT Support, helping SMEs tackle cyberthreats, uptime and hybrid work.

Enreach UK managed IT and security services

Enreach UK has expanded its portfolio with the addition of two new services, IT Security and Remote IT Support. The services have been designed to provide enhanced protection for SME customers against cyberthreats and to deliver greater peace of mind for small business with limited time and internal resources. Small businesses typically suffer with lack of in-house IT security expertise and find it challenging to keep up with the demands of countering the growing volume and increased complexity of their IT threat surfaces.

By adding these new services to its portfolio, Enreach UK aims to address these challenges. The company’s IT Security offering is a 24/7/365 managed service that will uncover areas of vulnerability and then recommend and implement solutions. Designed to address the needs of both hybrid and traditional working environments, this service incorporates proactive monitoring with management and reporting available to counter more complex issues. The idea is that by adopting the Enreach service, businesses can be assured that their security is being monitored and any issues are being addressed with state-of-the-art techniques.

The IT Remote Support similarly enables customers to benefit from Enreach UK’s advice and experience at any time. The company’s in-house experts are able to access individual computers and networks to undertake diagnostic and remedial tasks, ensuring maximised availability and uptime. Again, the theme here is simplicity in terms of making large enterprise IT capabilities available to small businesses and thereby helping to level the playing field.

“We see these new services as the next step in our journey to becoming the UK’s leading partner for converged contact solutions,” explains Duncan Ward, the Chief Executive Officer of Enreach UK.

“While we’re best known for telephony solutions, these are inextricably linked to other communications tools and IT systems. This extension of our IT offering reflects the growing number and types of cyberthreats facing our customers and allows them to benefit more fully from our expertise in offsetting these threats and keeping key systems up and running.”

Both new services, enable Enreach to effectively act as a bolt-on IT department and any customer that subscribes to either of the new services will automatically gain access to Enreach’s monitoring services to keep devices and IT infrastructure operational. By proactively monitoring customer infrastructure, networks and devices as needed, Enreach will assist in keeping systems running smoothly, freeing up customers to focus on other parts of their business.

The new services are available based on a competitive monthly per-user pricing model so companies can ensure costs are predictable and the right level of expertise is on hand whenever it is needed. Customers benefit from the flexibility of this model which enables them to grow as required. The new service additions make Enreach one of the UK’s only managed IT solution providers that is able to deliver a complete range of IT, communications and security services via standard or bespoke options that enable the delivery of customised packages for any type of business.
