Cloud comms must innovate to avoid disruption. Published on UC Today, Cavell Group’s Cloud Comms Summit 2019 drew 400 attendees in London.

Patrick is joined by Matt Townend, Director at Cavell Group.

Patrick asks Matt about the ethos behind the event and how he feels the 2019 London leg has gone. Matt is incredibly enthused about the success of the event and the value it provides to the service provider partners in attendance. There were around 400 people who attended the show in total and the selection of topics proved of massive interest to the audience.

Matt then moves on to discuss the real requirement, that Cavell Group have witnessed, for the cloud communications industry to innovate and improve service provision to avoid further disruption. The Cloud Comms Summit 2019 focused on this topic, innovation, and aimed to bring together messaging from different regions of the globe so that this UK gathering could prove as insightful as possible.
