RingCentral has been selected by leading mortgage and casualty broker NFP to upgrade its communication systems and enhance employee and customer engagement.
NFP has signed up to RingCentral MVP and RingCentral Contact Centre. The business has migrated over 8,000 employees to the RingCentral MVP solution from across the USA, Canada, and EMEA. NFP has also migrated more than 600 agents to the RingCentral Contact Centre platform.
Mark Grosvenor, Chief Technology Officer at NFP, commented:
RingCentral solutions have played a critical role in our digital transformation — enabling us to achieve frictionless growth with higher productivity. We chose RingCentral because it provides the best-integrated telephony solutions, innovative AI tools, and market-leading analytics – all in a secure environment. Most importantly, communications with our clients are now second to none – with RingCentral’s platform and 99.999% availability, there hasn’t been any downtime."
NFP was an early adopter of hosted enterprise voice and collaboration, overseeing an advanced, high-tech environment. Being committed to staying at the forefront of next-gen technology services for its employees and customers, RingCentral MVP and RingCentral Contact Centre ensure that NFP will bolster its service delivery to meet customer needs and global industry and regulatory standards. The partnership will also help NFP adhere to strict compliance requirements for client data management.
NFP says it has already boosted customer experiences by leveraging RingCentral’s unified communications, contact centre, and collaboration solutions to replace disparate products for a preferable single-pane-of-glass offering.
"By consolidating vendors, not only is the user experience improved, but NFP also generated substantial savings," said Kim Ragland, Technology Operations at NFP.
