Liquid Voice, one of the UK's top providers of quality management services, analytics, and communication recording services, have been making some significant changes to their channel team lately. Back towards the beginning of August, they introduced Mark Biggin as their new project manager, with the intention to use Mark's skills as a way of managing the increasing demand that customers had shown for Liquid Voice technology.
Not long before that announcement, Liquid Voice shared their intention to help organisations throughout the UK and beyond comply with the upcoming GDPR rules, introducing an innovative new solution to make GDPR more manageable. Now, the brand is making further developments to their team with the addition of two new channel managers, Andrew Brunt, and Matthew Hicks.
Introducing the New Channel Managers
Andrew Brunt comes to the Liquid Voice team with more than 12 years of experience working within the contact centre market. His experience at AdTech global, a leading engagement and optimisation company, along with his years spent as a Regional Sales Director should make Andrew a fantastic addition to the growing Liquid Voice team. Before his time in AdTech global, Andrew worked as a channel manager for Verint Systems, a global source of contact centre services.
Matthew Hicks, on the other hand, has more than 11 years of experience working alongside channel partners within Latin America and the UK. Hicks will be bringing his expertise to Liquid Voice from a company called "Service Source", responsible for providing Revenue Lifecycle Management services. In the company, Matthew worked as a Senior Sales Manager, responsible for managing and working alongside organisations like Red Hat, Adobe, Motorola, and more. Matthew was so successful, that he achieved the company's "Employee of the Year" award.
