Lockton, the world's largest independent insurance brokerage, has taken a significant step beyond its traditional remit with the launch of LocktonThrive, a proprietary employee wellbeing platform.
“As workforces face rising stress, shifting expectations, and increasingly diverse needs, wellbeing now plays a critical role in strengthening engagement, productivity, and long-term workforce resilience,”
said Cedric Luah, Head of People Solutions, Lockton Asia.
Developed in partnership with AI-powered engagement company AdvantageClub.ai, the initiative aims to help employers build a more connected, data-driven wellbeing strategy aligned with their workforce.
What LocktonThrive Does
At its core, LocktonThrive is designed to consolidate what has historically been a fragmented wellbeing landscape. Physical health programs, mental health resources, financial wellness tools, and social initiatives have long operated in silos. LocktonThrive brings all of these under one roof, powered by AdvantageClub.ai's digital engagement infrastructure.
The platform, delivered by Lockton Services India Private Limited, is described as a plug-and-play solution, meaning organizations can deploy it without the lengthy implementation cycles that typically accompany enterprise software. For HR and benefits teams already stretched thin, that distinction matters.
For employees, the experience focuses on simplicity. Instead of logging into multiple systems to track a gym benefit or mental health app, users access everything through a single interface. The platform covers four wellbeing pillars—physical, mental, financial, and family care—and supports personalization, rewards, and recognition features that encourage sustained participation.
Speaking on the platform’s design, Sourabh Deorah, CEO and Co-Founder of AdvantageClub.ai, said:
“I’ve always believed that employee wellness shouldn’t feel like a complicated puzzle,"
she said. By powering LocktonThrive, we’re giving employees a single, easy-to-use platform to manage their health across physical, mental, financial, and family care. This not only makes it easier for employees but also increases adoption by removing inefficiencies.”
