In this episode we examine the Unified Communications marketplace in 2018. Some emerging technologies such as AI and Big Data will be critical to development of the market. Kira examines the integration of these technologies and how they, RingCentral, are developing their platforms to enable their use.
We also discuss the critical factor within the adoption of any new technology platform, usability. Kira and RingCentral have focused on making their platforms as simple and effective for end users as possible and we try to define why that is a such a critical factor.
Kira also looks at the globalisation of business and how that has affected the UC market. Finally we explore the payment options for organisations and whether UCaaS has reached a viable level to really make an impact.
