Essentially, the Masergy Connect mobile app extends the functionality of the Masergy Communicator HUB to a range of mobile platforms, to provide enterprises with a more diverse solution for communication. The idea is that Masergy Connect will empower users in the modern business environment to work together wherever they are, regardless of what device or network they're using.

As part of the Masergy Connect experience, you can expect in-depth access to corporate directories, group messaging, and video calling features. Additionally, WebRTC ensures that it's easy for new attendees to join and access video chats in an instant. Other features include:

Aggregated omnichannel communication data on a single UCaaS space
Ability to continue working when your phone is in power-saving mode
Intelligent settings to help with syncing buddy lists, call logs and user preferences
Contextual communication features to track critical information throughout conversations

Global UCaaS customers with Masergy can access the Connect application as an upgrade to their service. Alternatively, the system is available both on the Google Play store and the Apple App store.
