Need Help Handling GDPR? Liquid Voice Have You Covered

Liquid Voice recently announced the new availability of their solution for helping organisations to manage the complexity of GDPR - including the use of voice-based biometrics.

Liquid Voice GDPR compliance help

Coming into effect in May 2018, GDPR will have an overwhelming impact on enterprises around the EU, representing the biggest change in data protection regulation for more than two decades. The GDPR changes will give people higher ownership and control over their personal data assets while providing a singular environment for regulatory solutions linked to any company that captures, stores, or processes customer data.

In a response to the upcoming complexity of GDPR, Liquid Voice has announced a new solution, which integrates fully into the Liquid Voice platform or can be accessed as a stand-alone application for use alongside any other market-leading recording solution. The service will provide greater control over personal customer data.

Responding to GDPR

Announcing their new GDPR compliance service, Liquid Voice noted that the upcoming regulations will have a major impact on professional groups of all shape and size. In fact, people who fail to comply with the new requirements could be facing fines that equal 4% of their global turnover, or fines of up to 20 million euros. In response, Liquid Voice has emerged as one of the first companies to provide a cost-effective service delivering unbeaten access to customer data.

The new Liquid Voice system can be deployed on a monthly subscription basis, which reduces capital expenditure up-front. Additionally, the service enables organisations to quickly manage customer requests to access, identify, and delete personal data. This complies with the "right to be forgotten" requirement that forms a fundamental part of the GDPR.

Liquid Voice Automated Speech Transcription

The Liquid Voice Automated Speech Transcription solution is one of the only solutions available today for organisations who want complete control over their compliance with GDPR, without the need to deploy additional staff to manually search recordings. The new solution can search through stored information for specific phrases and words. Results can be viewed in seconds, eliminating the limitations of standard systems.

Business recordings can be automatically transcribed into text for Liquid Voice users, with different speakers in a conversation being colour-coded to allow for simpler identification and quicker management of the calls, without the need to manually listen to recordings. Additionally, clicking into a recording will automatically locate similar recordings.

The growth of the Liquid Voice solution will also allow for the analysis of data that can be stored as text, including SMS, email, and instant messaging. Voice-based biometrics can also directly identify a customer's spoken voice. What's more, content analytics can be accessed to refine the search process even further across any interaction, delivering the results in the best possible format.

Liquid Voice will also be providing a solution for businesses that use legacy recording platforms that cannot be supported by the manufacturer. Historical recordings from older systems can be easily and quickly migrated onto any current platform without the need for data loss.
