New European Product Delivered by RingCentral

RingCentral increase number of sales offices as well as increasing availability and support for office product throughout Europe.

Leading provider of collaboration and enterprise cloud-communication services, RingCentral, recently announced that they'd be delivering a new solution to the market, allowing customers to purchase the RingCentral Office product across 13 different countries in Europe. This new European expansion outline's the brands commitment to offer local solutions to businesses across the globe. The countries that have been included in the new announcements, who can now purchase RingCentral solutions using euro prices, are: Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Norway, Portugal, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Ireland, France, Denmark, Belgium, Austria.

Alongside the new European offerings, RingCentral have taken steps to ensure that they'll offer great customer services too, by expanding their global solutions to provide language support in German, Canadian French, Spanish, and French. The brand will also be extending its multi-lingual product portfolio to include Italian, Latin American Spanish, and Spanish by the end of July 2017.

The European Rollout

The decision to introduce RingCentral Office in Europe represents a major milestone in the global expansion plans of the company, according to the chief operating officer for RingCentral, David Sipes. The business has already seen a lot of traction thanks to their Global Office product, which currently serves enterprises across the UK, Canada, and the US. As more enterprises in Europe migrate towards the cloud, they are excited to offer a solution for completely localised communication services.

Building on their existing Global Service offerings, RingCentral are continuing to make investments to help provide enterprise-grade service quality, along with expansive security, compliance, and reliability. They have 17 data centres across the globe, and a delivery infrastructure that includes direct peering solutions with more than 200 ISPs and 45 carriers across the globe.

Opening Additional Sales Offices

Alongside their decision to expand localised products and support for Europe, RingCentral will also be opening further sales offices across Europe, to help complement existing sales locations within the US, UK, Singapore and Canada. They are also committed to a major expansion of channel partnerships throughout Europe, and have already signed up to various master agents such as Ingram Micro, Intelisys Global, AVANT and ScanSource.

Now that RingCentral Office is available in Europe, partners will have a new opportunity to help empower their enterprise customers with a single-source cloud solution that helps to simplify and streamline worldwide communication. As the enterprise workplace continues to evolve, customers continue to demand new cloud technologies that allow for a more agile workforce, and RingCentral are giving businesses the solutions they need to offer just that.
