Leading communications brand, NTT recently announced that it has emerged as the first partner of Cisco Webex in the EMEA region to offer Webex Calling via a cloud-connected PSTN. The solution will allow VARs with Cisco to provide a more comprehensive cloud calling solution that enhances the end-user enterprise communication experience. Cisco VARs will be able to offer a full cloud service that supports the needs of all customers in the Webex environment.
As the first EMEA partner providing cloud connected PSTN solutions for Webex Calling, NTT will be enabling Cisco VARs to give more value to their Webex Customers as they make their transition to the cloud. This includes the arrival of a native PSTN service. With the support of Cisco's collaboration resellers, NTT will be able to provide a replacement for the domestic PSTN that spreads across 24 countries, with users being able to access global calls.
Addressing Customer Requirements for Cloud Calling
The exclusive new offering, integrated natively with Cisco Webex Calling, will present Cisco VARs with a unique opportunity to benefit from addressing the requirements of customers for cloud calling services across more environments. Additionally, clients will be able to experience a significant reduction in on-premises hardware costs and benefit from comprehensive calling plans and integrated communication channels in the Webex Suite. At the same time, users will also be able to roll out in multiple countries without impacting the end user's experience.
