NUSO has joined the Zoom Phone Provider Exchange to provide Zoom users with access to its voice calling services.
By adding NUSO’s voice calling, Zoom customers will also be able to use NUSO’s Carrier Network and NUSOflex.
The new Cloud Peering Partner for Zoom Phone, Nuso, is an international communications-centered Software as a Service provider, offering full-stack solutions via channel partners and carriers.
Briana Sullivan, VP of Marketing at NUSO, commented: “We are thrilled to announce our Cloud Peering Partnership with Zoom for Zoom Phone users.
"Integrating NUSO calling into the Zoom Phone application is incredibly exciting for our collective teams.
“We look forward to growing the NUSO and Zoom partnership through shared and successful mutual customers.”
According to NUSO, businesses choose to work with Zoom because of its “state-of-the-art simplicity and scalability”, as well as excellent security and privacy features.
It says Zoom has revolutionised hybrid working and emerging business models, partly due to Zoom Phone.
Zoom Phone offers a single platform with hundreds of features, providing inbound and outbound calling via the public switched telephone network (PSTN).
It is an easy-to-deploy cloud phone solution for businesses of all sizes, which can be used on mobiles, desktops, or desk phones.
Some of the benefits of Zoom Phone for businesses include provisioning and management capabilities, business interaction monitoring, and a centralised administration portal.
In March, Zoom Phone surpassed 5.5 million seats. The news came from the company’s Q4 2023 earnings call, which also revealed that revenues were ahead of analysts’ predictions for the quarter.
Jason Gilligan, Global Head of Business Development for Zoom Phone, said: “The Zoom and NUSO partnership makes a lot of sense, we’re able to pair Zoom’s cutting-edge Cloud Phone System with NUSO’s unparalleled customer support and security to create a seamless and secure communication experience, empowering businesses to focus on growth and success without worrying about infrastructure and support.”
NUSO says its real-time service provisioning produces quick and reliable customer experiences.
