Patrick was joined by special guest Steve Neil, Channel Partner Manager at Audio Productions.
Steve starts by telling Patrick about some of the awards that Audio Productions have been involved in. They have been recognised for their innovative solutions across the market.

Audio Productions have grown dramatically and they have developed their channel proposition hugely so that their solutions can help as many customers as possible. Steve explains that taking feedback from their partner community has been critical for this development.
In terms of trends Steve tells Patrick that the move to cloud telephony has been hugely encouraging for them and is generating more and more opportunities. Audio Productions now offer a subscription based service for bespoke systems, which marries perfectly to the service based models that new cloud communication options are providing.
"All of that optimisation and streamlining suits our model which is simplicity and making it as easy as possible for a customer to make their business sound great on the front end, which is the phone system."
Audio Productions are also able to offer their reseller or service provider partners an additional revenue stream by adding their solutions to end customers.
