Qunifi’s Call2Teams lets any phone system connect to Microsoft Teams and Office 365, helping resellers and enterprises simplify UC. Published on UC Today.

Qunifi phone system Teams integration

Qunifi, a cloud-based communications vendor that claims to be able to connect any phone system to Microsoft Teams, recently announced Call2Teams. With Call2Teams, Qunifi are assisting more businesses in the move to Microsoft Teams with a Global Gateway system that allows customers to use their existing UC or telephone infrastructure to create the service. Call2Teams provides enterprise customers with a simple cloud solution for transforming their collaboration strategies.

The Call2Teams gateway speaks directly to the Microsoft Office 365 system, which combines with end-to-end encryption and SSL certificates to deliver enhanced security.

An Exciting Opportunity for Resellers

Qunifi and Call2Teams believe that resellers have an exciting opportunity to increase sales and generate revenue fast with an easy-to-deploy Call2Teams system. The gateway will offer real value to resellers, as well as giving them the chance to increase the lifetime of enterprise customers.

According to the CTO of IP Telecom, Brian Chamberlain, the feedback from the company's customers has been phenomenal. As the first to market with the Call2Teams system in Ireland, Telecom has seen amazing responses from consumers who want to access the most straightforward voice management for its users. Call2Teams offers the fantastic abilities of a telephone system that connects straight to Office 365 using the Telecom hosted PBX interface. What's more, the Qunifi team have produced additional marketing support to help Telecom reach their audience.

The pure cloud solution offered by Call2Teams can be integrated across any PBX platform. There's no additional hardware or software necessary, and no complex IT configuration to worry about. What's more, the pay-as-you-go subscription fee means that organisations can adapt their strategy to suit their changing needs.

According to Qunifi, although there's no minimum user quantity, they believe the best rate is at between 50 and 500 users. Call2Teams gives the channel an exciting way to tap into the benefits of Microsoft Teams and Office 365 for their users. Call2Teams' new solution enhances the partner's connection with their customer. According to Andrew Doyle, CEO of Qunifi, the service is an excellent product that can be delivered to users at a low cost. Additionally, because Qunifi sells exclusively through the channel, partners will have full control over their sales strategy. Additional training and marketing support is available for partners who need it.
