Salesforce Offer New Way for Partners to Access "$389bn Economy"

Recently, Salesforce announced the delivery of their new partner programme, designed to give partners the chance to enter a "$389bn economy".

Salesforce $389bn partner economy

Salesforce enhanced their partner offerings recently, with the launch of a new programme intended to boost the ability of its partners to access an economy worth around $389 billion! The programme will also allow individuals to use new technology solutions, including smart bots.

The partner programme, identified as "AppExchange", replaces the existing Salesforce partner solution, and comes with a pricing structure that's based on a point-based solution with various on-boarding tools. According to the brand, the latest scheme, as well as the upcoming growth of AI, should help to improve the ability of partners to access a network that's worth more than $389 billion.

AppExchange is Already a Success

According to statistics revealed by Salesforce, AppExchange is already a phenomenal success, with the 3,000 solutions seeing more than four million installations. In fact, around 90% of the Fortune 100 are customers in the group.

The latest programme should help Salesforce to reduce their percentage-net-revenue model for all the current AppExchange programme partners, down from 25%, to 15%. in contrast, the new structure will also be based upon the trailblazer score for AppExchange, which is a new system of point delivery that's designed to support partners through their attempts to facilitate growth. This point strategy will include review and rating evaluations, and the success of various certifications and products.

On top of this, new tools for onboarding are going to be delivered which should help to enhance the journey of current partners when they're making progress from the innovation of a new idea, to the development of their latest app. The tools come with new solutions for payments, a unique dashboard, and a wizard for management.

New Technology, New Future

When asked about the new developments, the executive vice president for AppExchange, Leyla Seka, announced that, thanks to the convergence of things like the Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, and other huge sets of data, developers now have a new way to move beyond the app that Salesforce originally introduced. Today, they can build everything from smart bots, to enhanced components, and even data streams.

Salesforce hopes that the new partner programme for AppExchange will give the next Salesforce partner generation a comprehensive hub that includes everything they need for success, including the training to develop cutting edge solutions with technology, and programs with globally-defined reach.
