TD SYNNEX has formed a distribution agreement with Zoom, enabling it to offer Zoom’s platform to its channel partners and their end-users.
Describing itself as a “leading global distributor and solutions aggregator for the IT ecosystem”, TD SYNNEX expects its new partnership to add value to its portfolio for businesses of all sizes in the channel.
Zoom’s AI-powered platform brings with it solutions like phone, team chat, meetings, cloud contact centre, whiteboard, smart recordings, and more.
TJ Trojan, Senior Vice President, Product Management and Sales, TD SYNNEX, said: “TD SYNNEX is committed to continuously bringing industry and market-leading products, platforms, and solutions to our portfolio that unlock and deliver new growth opportunities for our partners.
“Adding Zoom, a recognized leader in intelligent collaboration, offers our partners and their end-users an all-in-one communications platform that enables truly meaningful and productive collaboration in any environment.”
According to TD SYNNEX, its offers fit well with its ecosystem of OEMs, ODMs, and software offerings to provide a comprehensive solution for partners.
Zoom now joins a range of TD SYNNEX’s communications solutions that facilitate effective collaboration and connectivity for the end-users of its partners.
Earlier this year, TD SYNNEX partnered with Google Cloud to bring Google Workspace, BigQuery, zero trust offerings in cybersecurity, public sector industry solutions, Vertex AI, and more solutions to its partner community in the US public sector.
Last year, the company agreed on a strategic partnership with CallTower in order to develop business growth within the Cisco and Microsoft reseller groups.
The partnership seeks to accelerate growth with access to resellers for brand awareness, positioning, and joint sales alignment, which supports short and long-term businesses.
Less than two weeks ago, TD SYNNEX was appointed as a UK and Ireland distributor for Zyxel Networks, allowing it to add Zyxel’s range of switches, WiFi access points, and security appliances to its portfolio.
In return, Zyxel will be able to leverage TD SYNNEX’s services to increase their product offering and increase their sales.
