CallTower and TD SYNNEX have revealed a strategic partnership between the two companies, which aims to develop business growth in Cisco and Microsoft reseller groups.

The partnership will try to accelerate growth with access to resellers for brand awareness, positioning and joint sales alignment to drive new short and long-term businesses.

The union will also extend the marketing efforts of CallTower to offer new opportunities as the organisation plans to provide sales and technical training to customers.

William Rubio, CallTower’s Chief Revenue Officer, said: “We are thrilled to partner with TD Synnex because CallTower’s solutions are a natural fit with resellers selling licenses.

“We’re excited to be able to consistently offer powerful new partnerships to ensure the continued success and communication of our customers and clients.”

CallTower combines voice-enabled UCaaS solutions with CCaaS solutions, productivity tools and network support to clients to deliver a modern and digital workplace.

The company was recognised by Frost & Sullivan as being a leader in the UCaaS market in the Frost Radar report, which was published in December 2021.

TD SYNNEX helps its clients maximise the value of IT investments, demonstrate business outcomes and unlock growth opportunities.

The company is a direct result of Tech Data merging with US SYNNEX in September 2021.

TD SYNNEX recently partnered with Ribbon and Poly to launch the “Get Connected” Microsoft Teams bundle.

Get Connected combines Ribbon Connect with up to five Poly performance media CCX 600 desk phones or P15 personal video bars.
