Dellara speaks enthusiastically about recent developments in UC:
“It continues to be a very exciting time to be working in the unified Communication and collaboration space. Obviously we’ve seen a ton of change and innovation over the last few years a lot of changes in the environment.”

In the 15-minute exclusive Big UC Update video, Dellara exclusively answers questions about VOSS’s product roadmap, outlining the approach it intends to take over the coming 12 months and revealing what is most important for the tech firm when it comes to providing for customers.

In the interview Dellara reveals how companies are responding to the hybrid work environment. The VOSS executive says: “One main trend that we’re seeing folks focus on is how do they operationalize these services. A lot of times they rapidly deployed services over the last year or two to meet the need of remote workers and things like that bypassing traditional processes they might have gone through.”

Dellara continues: “The focus to make these services operational is one trend and something that we’ve been really helping the partners with and we will see that continuing in 2023.”

In the video Dellara makes a some predictions and outlines VOSS’s plans: “What we will see that happening in 2023 is expanding the devices that we integrate with, obviously we support all the major collaboration vendors like Cisco, Microsoft and Zoom.

He adds: “We will continue to look at other devices that complement those solutions, things like SBCs (Session Border Controllers), the meeting room endpoints and third-party solutions like recording; these are all things that we’ve been working on and we will continue to see more of that in in 2023.
